A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Great Mom and Pop place to stop and eat in Post! Made to order with plenty of flavor! Prices reflect your food portions, picture does not show size well, but it's a good size homemade burrito. Mom must have been mad at Pop cause the salsa was hot, but she still loves him cause it had huge flavor!"
"Great service, great food. Cheap, right by a pretty park. luscious tender meat Thank you!"
"Passing through and noticed a line. So glad we stopped. Big burritos and quality salsa! Great price."
"10/10 the food was amazing super authentic Mexican food I literally drove 278 miles just to try this The gentleman that helped me “ Pedro I think that was his name “ was super nice and told us the best items on the menu “ which was basically everything “ I’m definitely making the drive back again just to have this food!"
"It may be small but it's definitely worth checking out if you're passing through this little town. I must say their salsa is fire. THERE is heat but it has flavor. i I also gotta add how the burritos and tortillas are made fresh you can't beat that and if you're passing through town you gotta check them out when they're open"
"Fast and friendly service. Breakfast tacos were so big and tasty. First time customer. Ordered more than 1 taco because I thought 1 taco would be not enough but I was wrong. I ordered the bacon, potato, egg, chorizo and cheese taco. I ordered 2 and could only eat one taco because it was big. My brother ordered 2 breakfast tacos also and could only eat 1. We are planning our next trip here on our way to Lubbock and taking some to our college student, Amazing place. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Definitely recommend it."
"I showed up right before they closed I really wanted Menudo. They hooked me up and this Menudo is hands down the best I've had anywhere in Texas."
"Love me some Mexican food and this place has some authentic being burritos way better than Taco Bell I can't wait to make it back again after my trip to the Rio Grande I'm going to tell everybody South of the Border this is the place to go for a real taco"
